Babcock is seeking an HR Business Partner to operate across defence, nuclear and engineering sectors at the HMNB Clyde Faslane site. Based in Helensburgh with hybrid working, you’ll shape people strategies, partner with leaders and drive workforce initiatives in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.
You’ll build relationships, lead change projects, manage industrial relations, and deliver strategic people programs such as talent management, engagement, reward and workforce planning.
