USA Technology Talent Sourcer Belfast City Centre £26,500  bonus Standard hours: 9 am - 6 pm (flexibility) MCS Group is growing, and we are looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join our USA Technology team. This is a specialist 180 recruitment role focused entirely on the candidate side of the market. You'll identify and engage talented technology professionals across the United States, build relationships with passive candidates and connect them with exciting opportunities with innovative companies.

You'll spend your time mapping markets, uncovering hard-to-find talent and starting conversations with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data professionals, Cyber Security specialists and Technology Leaders. You do not need recruitment or technology experience. You do need energy, curiosity, resilience and confidence communicating with people. We are looking for someone who enjoys research, building relationships and digging deeper when others have given up.

This is not passive CV searching. Great sourcers build talent pipelines, uncover hidden talent and become trusted market experts. They understand where the best candidates are, what motivates them and how to engage them effectively. We'll provide the training, coaching, technology and market knowledge. You bring the drive, determination and willingness to learn.
