Sodexo is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join the HMP Peterborough team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This site-based role delivers practical HR support across employee relations, absence management and recruitment for a busy operational environment.
You will work with the HR Business Partner and broader HR team to apply Sodexo policies and employment law, coaching managers to strengthen people-management capabilities and contribute to a positive employee relations culture.
