Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance. Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring balanced and effective outcomes. Drive continuous improvement across performance management, talent development, and leadership capability. Contribute to the delivery of strategic people initiatives that support organisational growth and transformation.

Supporting Growth & Transformation Play an active role in organisational change and transformation programmes. Support initiatives focused on culture, engagement, wellbeing, and employee experience. Help shape and embed people practices that foster high performance and accountability. Contribute to employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention. Utilise people data and insights to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Excellence Deliver expert HR support across a broad range of people-related matters. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and HR best practice. Review and develop policies and procedures to support business needs. Provide practical, solutions-focused advice that balances commercial objectives with employee wellbeing and compliance. Essential Experience & Qualifications Previous HR experience within Financial Services. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and their application within people practices. CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification, or equivalent experience. Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and delivering HR projects. Ability to operate independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment. Apply below today!
