Previous experience in recruitment, telephone sales or another target-driven environment is an advantage, but its not essential. If you have the ambition and willingness to learn well provide the training, mentoring and ongoing support you need to become a highly successful Recruitment Consultant. Youll work alongside experienced Senior Recruiters and follow a structured career development path, with clear opportunities to progress into senior and management positions.

What will you be doing? Speaking with candidates every day, from graduate through to director level Managing the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, arranging interviews and managing offers Networking and headhunting to identify and engage high-quality candidates Generating new leads and developing business opportunities Building strong relationships with candidates and clients Developing specialist knowledge of your market and becoming the go-to recruitment consultant in your area What are we looking for?
