Sereact GmbH is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across the EU and US. Hybrid work in London, Boston, or Stuttgart, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and close strong candidates in a fast-moving robotics environment.
You will design interview processes, create scorecards, and maintain data integrity in Ashby while scaling our talent function. German language skills are a plus for Stuttgart-based hiring and automotive/robotics
