As we continue to build on our success we are seeking to strengthen our team with the appointment of a Search Consultant. The role This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded executive search company at a pivotal point in its ongoing development. The Search Consultant will work closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, leading executive search assignments from initial brief through to successful placement.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and will engage directly with senior-level candidates, building the kind of trusted relationships that underpin long-term, successful appointments. What we're looking for A demonstrable commitment to quality and to delivering an exceptional standard of client service The capability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with rigour and sound judgement A consultative approach, with a genuine ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate these into effective, well-considered solutions Either a background in recruitment, with a strong track record of developing client relationships that generate repeat business, or in-house HR experience gained as a trusted partner to hiring managers The resilience and adaptability to respond effectively as projects and priorities evolve Prior experience in executive search is not a prerequisite.
