Learning & Development Officer
- Belfast Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for your next opportunity within a busy and growing organisation? I'm currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in Belfast, supporting learning and development across a large workforce.

The Role Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll play a key role in managing training compliance, maintaining learning systems and supporting the development of online and professional learning programmes. The key responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining the virtual learning environment & LMS Creating and updating e-learning courses and modules Troubleshooting issues with the learning platform Monitoring training compliance and producing reports Coordinating mandatory training schedules Supporting the design and implementation of professional development programmes Liaising with managers, internal teams and external training providers Coordinating face-to-face and online training Supporting compliance reporting and training administration Building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders The ideal candidate CIPD L&D or relevant qualification Previous experience in a Learning & Development focused role
