Senior Talent Acquisition Executive - 12 month - FTC
Head Office

Location: Bury, Manchester
Overview:Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Talent Acquisition responsibility for a set of business functions, including brief taking, search & selection, shortlisting, interview management, feedback collation and offer management.
- Responsible for developing and driving a commercial Talent Acquisition business plan within act as a first point of contact within assigned business functions.
- Responsible for delivering ongoing training to stakeholders with vertical i.e. MIP, Academy.
- Provide industry Knowledge & specialism within the assigned business functions, by attending external events, staying up-to-date with industry press, and being immersed in that business area.
- Participate in wider Talent Acquisition projects.
- Attending ongoing training sessions, delivering training and induction support to newer members of the TA team.
- Reinforce a team culture that supports company values and departmental vision.
- Work closely with the People Experience department to build the Employer Branding of the JD Group.
- Develop and maintain key marketing materials for candidate attraction and engagement. (Candidate information packs, Market Insights, JD Foundation Materials etc)
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create relevant candidate talent pools to meet the forecast plan for the business.
- Be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, building this into our hiring process.
- Report to accurate recruitment data on a weekly basis.
- Accountable for agency spend YTD of responsible business areas, consistently striving to reduce agency fees.
- In collaboration with Talent Partnering/ Senior Line Managers, understand yearly headcount requirement forecasts, headcount budget plans, and market salary benchmarks across your business functions to support and optimise recruitment successes.
- Keeping up to date with external third-party trends and providing insight to the wider TA Team.
- Responsible for collating and presenting back reports to stakeholders within their assigned business areas.
Requirements
As well as being proactive, driven, and someone who can contribute to a positive team-oriented environment, this role requires someone who demonstrates:
- Experience using Linked In to recruit and attract top talent, amongst other sources
- Successful track record in either an in-house talent role or in the recruitment agency environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork experience.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Strong level of business and commercial acumen
- Analytical and methodical - Experience of presenting acquisition data, such as cost to hire, time to fill.
