Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

This is an 8-month fixed-term opportunity to join Practice Plus IUC as a Recruiter. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent recruitment service across assigned vacancies, helping attract, engage and hire talented people who support the delivery of high-quality services.

Working closely with hiring managers, HR teams and Recruitment Partners, you'll manage recruitment activity from attraction through to selection. You'll balance candidate quality, speed of hire and cost-effective resourcing while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

The role offers the opportunity to develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, online sourcing and engagement activities. You'll be instrumental in helping services meet their workforce needs while promoting Practice Plus IUC as an employer of choice.

You'll join a collaborative recruitment team where relationship-building, stakeholder management and continuous improvement are valued, with opportunities to contribute to recruitment events and support hiring activity across multiple locations.
