HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator Temp – Perm Reed Business Support are recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This HR Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider HR team and contributing to the smooth running of people processes across the organisation.

About the Role Coordinating the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, contract administration, and offboarding. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Acting as a key point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. Supporting recruitment activity, including arranging interviews and managing candidate communications. Assisting with payroll preparation, absence management, and HR reporting.

Supporting wider HR initiatives, projects, training programmes, and employee engagement activities. Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times. About You Previous experience within an HR Administration, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator role. Strong understanding of confidential data handling and GDPR principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems/databases.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a busy HR environment. CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous. Benefits Competitive salary.
