Senior HR Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a growing organisation in a broad generalist role. This position offers the chance to work closely with managers and senior stakeholders while contributing to a range of people initiatives and business improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance across a range of employee relations matters. Support, coach and influence managers on people-related issues. Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the HR function. Contribute to HR projects and wider organisational initiatives. Analyse HR trends and provide insights to support decision-making. Key Requirements Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor position.

Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience. Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and challenge constructively where required. Experience supporting process improvements or change initiatives. Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Package Competitive benefits package.
