Your new office The Bristol team are one of the highest performing teams in the UK. Situated centrally (close to Temple Meads), the office has recently been designed with an agile feel to complement our Hybrid working policy. In the last 12 months, the office have delivered multiple records across the 15 industries they cover.

The high performing team consists of 50 consultants which are all committed to working hard and doing the right thing. They work closely with local communities, in recent months they have worked on employability projects with local charities, donated equipment to schools, carried out employment workshops to school leavers, Ukrainian Refugees and local colleges, to name a few. Outside of the excellent results they produce, the team also do a lot outside of work, from BBQ's to Bake Off's, from Quizzes to inter-team competitions.

They run an array of incentives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, rewarding excellent results and contribution across the team. The Opportunity What can I expect day to day? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join one of our fastest-growing teams. You'll be stepping into a high-value Cyber Security or Data Science and Machine Learning contract desk where you'll continue to nurture long-standing relationships and place in-demand, highly skilled professionals across a large geography.

We're looking for a commercially astute individual to grow an already established and profitable business, placing technology professionals into key roles across the region. As a recruitment consultant you will gain exposure to a range of different activities whilst being supported by a structured training and development programme from day one. Some of your main responsibilities may include:
Source, interview and match high-quality candidates to roles Identify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and Clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offers Be bold and curious, developing specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customer's market Take accountability for meeting targets and delivering your monetary goals that contribute to the growth and profitability of Hays Be part of vibrant and inclusive culture that cheers on progress by celebrating personal and team performanc Who are we looking for?
