HR Advisor Annual Salary: £35K - £40K

Croydon Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources and is looking to make a significant impact in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conducting exit interviews. Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, managing postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews. Conduct new employee orientations and employee training sessions.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves. Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event). Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, or similar role. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Superb organizational and detail-oriented skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS). CIPD qualification is preferred. Benefits:
