About you:

CIPD Level 3 qualified or willing to work towards this qualification Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications Full driving licence or access to suitable transportation What you'll do:
Provide first-line HR advice and support to staff and management on a range of HR issues Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting adverts, shortlisting, and participating in interviews Support casework related to sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, or harassment matters Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding/outboarding documentation Manage HR enquiries via email and ensure prompt, professional responses Support HR projects aimed at service improvement and staff wellbeing initiatives Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with data protection legislation Liaise with external agencies such as Occupational Health and Labour Relations This role is a temporary position initially lasting approximately 9 months.
