HR Administrator
* Belfast (free onsite parking)
* Full time/Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

* Attractive salary and benefits package We are delighted to be partnering with a leading multi-site organisation to recruit an HR Administrator to join its HR team based in Belfast. This office-based position has been created to support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service across a large, multi-site workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised HR professional to develop broad exposure across the full HR remit within a fast-paced environment.

Working alongside the HR team and business unit managers, the successful candidate will provide practical guidance, support employee relations processes and contribute to effective HR delivery across Northern Ireland. Opportunity to work closely with managers across retail, hospitality and wholesale divisions.

The Role:

* Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to business unit management teams on policies and procedures.
* Complete contracts, right to work checks and wider HR administration in line with company procedures.
* Support managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Manage long-term sickness cases across multiple divisions.
* Support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, capability matters, flexible working, attendance management and employee wellbeing issues.

The Person :
* Third-level education, preferably in business or HR.
* Previous HR experience with solid employee relations support (note taking, managing processes).
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and confidence providing sound guidance to managers.
* Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A full driving licence and flexibility to attend meetings across Northern Ireland.
* Experience with in retail or hospitality would be advantageous. The Rewards:
