- Belfast Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied, fast-paced role where you can build on your experience and get involved across a broad range of HR activities? We're exclusively recruiting for an HR Advisor to join an award-winning construction organisation with operations across NI, GB and ROI. This is a great opportunity to join a growing HR team, gain exposure across different areas of the business and play a key role in supporting both employees and managers.

The Role As HR Advisor you will join an established team, supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Recruitment and ER. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, and you'll have the opportunity to work with different teams and stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities Managing end-to-end recruitment Supporting careers fairs, mock interviews and recruitment activities Advising managers on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and probation Supporting social value and employment initiatives across projects Developing and delivering HR-related training Supporting monthly HR reporting across recruitment, training, absence and turnover Supporting health and wellbeing initiatives Assisting with HR policies and procedures Supporting the company's wider ESG strategy Contributing to Diversity Mark and Investors in People initiatives Regular travel to sites and involvement in careers and community activities About You CIPD or relevant qualification Previous HR experience Strong employee relations experience Good end-to-end recruitment experience Experience supporting and advising line managers A good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, approachable personality Construction, manufacturing or another fast-paced environment would be advantageous The Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience)  bonus Enhanced annual leave Attractive benefits package Hybrid & flexible working Modern offices & onsite facilities To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Tara Duffy (HR Recruitment Specialist, MCS Group) at or .
