About you Proven experience in HR management within the public sector or a similar environment Strong knowledge of staff training, succession planning, and HR systems (e.g., Hark) Excellent organisational and project management skills Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities What you'll do Lead the development and implementation of the staff training plan for 2026/28 Manage the procurement and execution of skills audits to inform future training strategies Develop a simple yet effective succession plan for the organisation Monitor training applications and manage the training budget effectively Assist in the rollout of the organisation's hybrid working policy and adapt it as needed Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support organisational goals For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
