The Role As a Recruitment Consultant at VANRATH, you'll develop your skills across the full 360 recruitment process, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own desk, develop your market knowledge and build long-term relationships, while learning from experienced consultants around you. We're big on real relationships, collaboration and support. There's no lone-wolf mentality here.

We want you to succeed, and we'll give you the tools, training and environment to help you do it. You'll be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates through calls and face-to-face meetings Managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement Sourcing, interviewing and screening candidates Advertising and managing live vacancies Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities Building your own candidate and client network Learning and developing your recruitment and business development skills Working towards agreed individual and team targets

What we're looking for:

Around 1 year's experience in recruitment, ideally within a 360 role Someone who is ambitious and keen to progress A strong work ethic and desire to develop commercially Confident communication and relationship-building skills Someone who enjoys working as part of a team Resilience, determination and a positive attitude A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment You don't need to have everything figured out yet.
