Senior HR Business Partner

Your new company A market-leading construction and engineering group is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for a visible, senior-facing role supporting leaders across the UK and Ireland, with real scope to influence workforce strategy, culture and organisational performance across live projects and multiple sites. Your new role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior leaders to align workforce strategy with business objectives and support organisational change.

You will advise on workforce planning, talent, succession and organisational development; lead complex employee relations and performance matters; coach managers; drive engagement and retention initiatives; and use HR analytics to identify trends and improve organisational effectiveness. What you'll need to succeed You will hold a degree in human resources, business or a related discipline and be able to demonstrate continued professional development.

You will bring evidence of strategic HR partnering with senior leaders, personally leading complex ER and change, supporting workforce and talent planning, and using people data to influence decisions. A CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is desirable, and flexibility to travel regularly between offices and project sites is essential. Experience partnering in a large, complex, multi-site or project-led organisation, with senior stakeholder management across multiple locations.
