This is an opportunity to work with an established brand, partnering with Finance Directors, CFOs and hiring managers across Scotland while building a successful specialist desk. What you'll be doing:
Recruiting qualified and part-qualified finance professionals across permanent opportunities Building and maintaining relationships with finance leaders and key decision makers Developing new business opportunities within your market Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment processes Consulting with clients on hiring strategy and market trends Negotiating fees, offers and successful placements Growing your network within the accountancy and finance sector

What we're looking for:
