The Role The Recruitment Consultant role in VANRATH involves much more than filling vacancies. Our HR team has strong relationships across the region, working closely with the CIPD Branch in Northern Ireland, attending and supporting HR events and regularly sponsoring and hosting HR Leader events. You'll have the opportunity to be part of that community - meeting HR leaders and professionals, attending events, meeting clients and candidates, growing your network and developing long-term relationships.

With an already warm client base and brand recognition built over 25 years, you'll have every tool you need to succeed. You'll be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates through calls, face-to-face meetings and networking Developing your own network within Northern Ireland's HR community Meeting HR professionals and leaders across a wide range of organisations Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement Advertising roles, interviewing and screening candidates Managing the end-to-end hiring process with multiple warm clients and developing new business Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to HR professionals and organisations across Northern Ireland

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role Someone who is naturally confident and outgoing, with a genuine interest in people A strong communicator who enjoys starting conversations and building relationships Someone who is comfortable getting out and about, meeting new people and representing VANRATH at events A naturally curious person who wants to understand people, businesses and the HR community around them The confidence to engage with senior-level professionals and build relationships at all levels A driven, self-motivated attitude and a passion for exceeding targets Someone who wants to build a strong personal network and reputation within the HR community With our state-of-the-art office space based in Belfast City Centre, VANRATH offers an inviting, collaborative and respectful working environment where you will work with exceptional people and clients and truly develop your career aspirations.
