The Role Key duties will include:
Coordinating on boarding and off boarding, helping employees receive the information and support they need. Maintaining accurate employee records and updating people systems. Supporting people-related meetings, including recording key discussions and actions. Helping deliver employee communications. Working with operational teams to ensure on boarding requirements are met. Processing people data and supporting reports on key performance indicators. About You You'll need:
Similar HR experience, managing and supporting the full employee life cycle. Proven experience leading recruitment, on boarding and wider employee experience processes. Confident advising and building effective relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders. Experience using HR systems, maintaining accurate people data and handling sensitive employee information appropriately. What's on Offer Hybrid working with three site-based days per week. A 37.5-hour working week with a daytime working pattern.
