About

you
  • Degree educated and CIPD qualified
  • Minimum of three years' HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or food sectors
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to travel between sites and access to your own transport
What you'll do
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers across the group
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance engagement
  • Keep up-to-date with employment law and ensure company compliance
  • Assist in the development and rollout of policies and training programmes
