Aboutyou
- CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience within a fast-paced, private sector environment
- Strong knowledge of UK and/or NI employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance issues)
- Skilled in HR systems, particularly PeopleHR and data analytics
- Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactively support managers with HR issues, providing pragmatic, credible advice to foster a positive employee experience
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee data in PeopleHR; produce HR documentation such as contracts and reports
- Support payroll integration by ensuring HR processes align with payroll systems
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies in compliance with legislation in NI, GB, and ROI
- Drive and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including the rollout of a new LMS platform
- Produce HR reports and metrics to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement
- Stay informed of legislative changes impacting employment practices and advise accordingly
- Lead engagement activities and support organisational culture initiatives
