People operations coordinator

MCS Group is partnering with a well-established employer to recruit a People Operations Coordinator for its Belfast team.

Key duties will include:

• Coordinating on boarding and off boarding, helping employees receive the information and support they need.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating people systems.
• Supporting people-related meetings, including recording key discussions and actions.
• Helping deliver employee communications.
• Working with operational teams to ensure on boarding requirements are met.
• Processing people data and supporting reports on key performance indicators.

You'll need:

• Similar HR experience, managing and supporting the full employee life cycle.
• Proven experience leading recruitment, on boarding and wider employee experience processes.
• Confident advising and building effective relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using HR systems, maintaining accurate people data and handling sensitive employee information appropriately.

• Hybrid working with three site-based days per week.
• A 37.5-hour working week with a daytime working pattern.
