Servier is seeking a proactive Payroll & HR Coordinator to independently manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for the UK and Ireland. You will own the monthly payroll cycle with our outsourced provider (ADP), ensure compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, and auto-enrolment, and manage HR data across Success Factors and ADP iHCM.
The role also covers HR administration, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and data integrity, with opportunities to grow into recruitment and development
