- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Supporting the people aspects of organisational change and growth.
- Continuously reviewing HR practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced HR professionals who are comfortable operating independently and can confidently move between strategic HR partnering and hands‑on delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR Officer or similar position.
- Strong practical experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- A detailed understanding of UK employment legislation and current HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to engage with employees, managers and senior leadership.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach and the ability to translate business requirements into practical people solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working with HR data, reporting and people metrics.
- The ability to work autonomously, take ownership and build credibility quickly within an organisation.
