HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Main duties and responsibilities
- Deliver practical, policy-compliant HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees across the organisation
- Own and manage the majority of employee relations casework across the full range of case types such as absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring procedural compliance throughout
- Provide day-to-day support to line managers in resolving performance, attendance and employee relations challenges
- Deliver training, coaching and advisory support to managers and employees on HR policy application and legislative compliance
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency, compliance and a positive candidate experience
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process alongside the People Partner to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience
- Be responsible for the line management of the People Administrator
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of innovative people practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with the People Partner and Head of People to ensure operational delivery aligns with the wider People Strategy
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Is resilient and can adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and other company IT systems
Knowledge and experience
- Understanding of UK Employment legislation
- Competent in usage and management of HR systems
- Experience with managing employee relation cases, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
