About you
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What you'll do
- Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees across various HR matters
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organisational development
- Ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
