We need an independent professional who operates seamlessly in the background, communicates transparently, and provides regular updates without needing to be micromanaged.
Currently, this role is heavily weighted toward Visa & Sponsorship management, alongside critical payroll, pension, and advisory duties.

Proactively manage the full lifecycle of UK Skilled Worker visas and sponsorship documentation. - Compliance & Administration:
Maintain and update the SMS portal, request Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and ensure strict company compliance. - Expert Guidance:
Independently manage renewals, advise on appropriate SoC codes based on job descriptions, and ensure accurate salary threshold calculations. - Process Management:
Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met safely and the ball is always rolling. - Full-Cycle Support:
Execute and administer UK monthly payroll submissions accurately and on schedule. - Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for quick, ad-hoc questions regarding UK labor code regulations, statutory notice rules, and legal minimum standards. - Proactive Compliance:
Keep a pulse on UK legislation changes, bring them to our attention, and help amend or draft employee handbooks and policies accordingly.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in UK HR generalist, HR advisory, or HR operations roles. CIPD qualification (Chartered Member preferred) or equivalent is a strong plus.
- Immigration Expert: Top-notch, practical knowledge of UK worker visas, sponsorship compliance, right-to-work tracking, and managing renewals independently.
- Payroll & Pension Pro: Proven experience with full-cycle UK payroll and pension regulations.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly skilled in IT. You adapt quickly to new software and are proficient with tools like BambooHR, Docu Sign, Google Workspace, and modern HR/Payroll management software.
- Working Style: You are a "doer" with practical, know-how-to knowledge. You excel at heavy administrative tasks, work highly independently, and communicate updates proactively so the wider team always knows where things stand.
- Working hours: pre-set, 1 hour daily, mainly fixed (agreed upon) so we know when you are available but of course there is flexibility when needed.
- Hourly Rate: From £25.00 / hour (Negotiable based on skills, certifications, and experience)
