* Attractive salary and benefits We are delighted to be partnering with an international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations Manager for its HR team in Belfast. This appointment will support the team's delivery of consistent, high-quality HR operational services across the business. Working closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager and global HR teams, the successful candidate will have strong people management experience, broad HR operational exposure and will have the opportunity to shape effective ways of working.

The Role:

Oversee HR operational processes, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery in line with agreed standards. Manage and support the HR team members, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point for operational queries. Maintain process documentation and knowledge materials, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Support HR projects, including the transition of administration processes and digital, AI and automation initiatives.

Promote compliance with policies, employment legislation, internal controls and data protection requirements.

The Person :
At least 5 years' experience in HR operations, HR Management, shared services or a similar HR service delivery environment. Experience managing administrators, including supporting recruitment, training and performance monitoring. Experience working in a global, or large scale professional services organisation Excellant attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with HR data, systems and documentation with a high regard for confidentiality.

Confident using HR systems and reporting tools; experience with People Soft, Workday or a similar HRIS is advantageous. Organised, collaborative and service-focused, with clear communication and sound judgement. Exposure to process improvement, reporting, compliance, project working or user acceptance testing would be beneficial. The Rewards:
