The Role
Own and grow a niche IT market across Ireland, building a strong portfolio of clients and candidates
Win new business through BD, cold calling and account development
Negotiate terms of business and manage key client relationships
Headhunt and engage top tech talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to offer and start date
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salaries and hiring strategy
Support and mentor junior consultants within the team
What We're Looking For
Experience in agency recruitment
A proven track record of billing and winning new business
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
A competitive, self-driven attitude and the ambition to progress
IT recruitment experience is a bonus, but strong recruiters from any sector are welcome
