We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Service Now Developer to join our growing Service Now team within Enterprise Health Service. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in Service Now development or a strong technical background who is eager to learn and grow within the platform. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of Service Now applications and workflows that improve service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and configuration of Service Now modules including but not limited to Core Platform, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, WDF, HRSD, HCLS, GenAI.
- Support the underpinning Service Now platforms, and the implementation of Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of Service Now applications.
- Help maintain platform performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Now-related issues.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Service Now best practices and new features.
- Basic understanding of Service Now platform and its core modules.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to ITIL concepts and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., MID Server, Integration Hub).
