Ecommerce Manager
📍 Belfast | 🕓 Full-Time | 💼 Hybrid (1 day WFH post-probation)

We're looking for a driven and strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital retail efforts and accelerate online growth. If you're ready to make a real impact within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role is for you.

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive ecommerce strategy

• Enhance site performance, user experience, and conversion rates

• Drive traffic and revenue through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social

• Use data and analytics to uncover insights and optimise performance

• Manage ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces

• Oversee merchandising and promotional campaigns

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies

• Provide customer service support during peak trading periods

• 4+ years' experience in ecommerce, with a proven record of driving growth

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role

• Commercially minded and data-driven decision-maker

• Proficient in platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Adobe Commerce

• Expertise in at least 3 of the following: SEO, PPC, email, content, CRO, social, influencer marketing

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with marketplaces and online merchandising

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

• Knowledge of SMS marketing or digital PR

• Basic video editing or creative production capabilities
