My client is seeking a driven and detail focused Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology led change across complex organisations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into technical solutions and working closely with stakeholders, developers and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
You will play a central role in shaping solutions, improving processes and supporting the full lifecycle of digital and system change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements through workshops, interviews and document reviews
- Translate business needs into functional and non functional specifications
- Create and maintain business process maps, user stories and workflow documentation
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non technical stakeholders
- Support solution design by contributing to architecture and system discussions
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing activities
- Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks relating to requirements and data and support mitigation planning
- Ensure clear communication of scope, timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis standards and best practice
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working on technology driven change or software delivery projects
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience producing process maps, gap analysis and impact assessments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- Business Analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA or similar
- Experience working with enterprise systems or bespoke software platforms
- Exposure to public sector or regulated industry environments
- Familiarity with cloud based solutions or digital platforms
- Eligibility to meet UK security clearance standards, including UK residency requirements
- Willingness to work flexibly between office, home and customer sites as required
- Strong commitment to customer outcomes and service quality
This role reports into the Professional Services leadership team.
Location & Working PatternHybrid working model with regular presence in the Belfast office and occasional travel to customer locations.
