Yesterday BBBHSenior UX Designer

MCS Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a collaborative Product team in Belfast on a 6‑month contract basis. As UX Designer, you will work on a complex platform used daily by thousands of external and internal users to manage campaigns, spend and performance. Using your expert Figma skills, you will produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs and play an active role in creating a best‑in‑class product for its users.

• You will take a lead role in the discovery for a B2B Enterprise Platform.
• The UX Designer will design high‑quality, user‑centred solutions that support efficient self‑service and internal workflows.
• Design across complex systems, including billing, internal platforms and third‑party integrations.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Create clear, effective data visualisations for complex information.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Engineering and Analytics teams, building excellent working relationships.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system.
• Actively participate in feedback and design community practices.

• You will have extensive, demonstrable experience designing digital products, ideally B2B or complex systems.
• You will have experience across the full product life‑cycle.
• Expert proficiency with Figma is essential.
• Strong user research and usability testing experience.
• Comfortable working within fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams.
