Security Awareness Specialist Devi Technologies

What You’ll Be Working On:
️ Designing and delivering engaging security awareness training programs for employees at all levels
️ Conducting regular phishing simulations and social engineering tests to assess employee preparedness
️ Developing educational materials such as newsletters, videos, and e-learning courses on security best practices
️ Collaborating with the IT and security teams to reinforce security policies and practices across the organization
️ Evaluating the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives through surveys, metrics, and incident reduction tracking

What We’re Looking For:

️ Proven experience as a Security Awareness Specialist or in a similar role within cybersecurity
️ Strong understanding of common cyber threats, including phishing, social engineering, and malware
️ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
️ Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and security campaigns
️ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are highly desirable
