We’re working with a well-known Publications Organisation who require an experienced SAP BASIS Support Consultant for an on-demand, ticket-based contract. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone who can respond to support needs as they arise while managing their own time.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP BASIS
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0
  • Strong skills in SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise support needs
  • Prior experience in ticket-based or support roles

    • Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address critical incidents
  • Document fixes and provide recommendations for recurring problems
  • Monitor overall system health and apply patches or fixes as required
