We're seeking a QA expert with strong automation skills - especially at the API level - to lead testing efforts, coach team members, and promote quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Lead test planning, design, and execution with global teams.
• Drive API and end-to-end test automation in CI/CD environments.
• Mentor team members and embed QA best practices across Agile teams.
• Promote quality through code reviews, test coverage, and tooling.
• Take ownership of key features and deliver with autonomy.
• Communicate effectively and elevate blockers early.

• 7+ years in QA (ideally in finance/trading); degree or equivalent.
• Strong automation skills with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Git Lab, Jenkins, Team City).
• Familiar with BDD frameworks (Cucumber), and performance tools (JMeter).
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and API automation.
• Agile/SAFe environment experience; excellent communication and problem-solving.
• ISTQB or other testing certifications.
• AWS, serverless architecture, microservices experience.
