The Opportunity
Stantec is looking for two talented professionals to connect our business strategy with our digital and innovation capabilities. Join us and help shape our digital vision and roadmap for APM8! In this role, you’ll work closely with our teams to ensure digital initiatives align with APM8 priorities while delivering value, improving efficiency, and enhancing outcomes for our clients. You’ll play a key part in scaling successful digital solutions across the water business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment – translate high‑level business objectives into clear, outcome‑driven digital initiatives, and manage the value portfolio to ensure all technology investments deliver measurable benefits.
- Adoption & Change – champion adoption by supporting digital transformation across our water business and helping teams embrace new tools and ways of working.
- External Engagement – build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, showcase Stantec’s digital capabilities, and represent the firm at industry forums.
- Opportunity Capture – identify high‑value client challenges and curate tailored solutions leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
You will have a relevant degree and qualifications as well as the following:
- Strong experience as a Business Relationship Manager, consulting, or digital transformation role, ideally within the AEC/Water sector.
- A good understanding of the UK water market drivers (TOTEX, resilience, net zero).
- Proven expertise in Benefits Realisation, Stakeholder Management, and Change Adoption.
- Highly credible with senior leaders and proficient in building compelling, data‑driven value cases.
- A passion and drive for innovation in the digital space.
