Are you a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline? Do you have experience scaling B2B SaaS brands — and a keen interest in how tech is transforming agriculture?
My client is an established and fast-growing SaaS provider building tools that are helping reshape the agricultural supply chain. They’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation, brand positioning, and campaign execution across the UK and international markets.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s comfortable working across content, digital, events, and product marketing — but can also step back and shape strategy that supports sales and product growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Defining and executing the B2B marketing strategy to support commercial and product goals.
- Working closely with sales to deliver qualified leads and enablement content.
- Creating and managing digital campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and social.
- Developing positioning and messaging that speaks directly to decision-makers in agriculture and agritech.
- Producing high-quality content — case studies, blogs, email sequences, landing pages, etc.
- Leading marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Representing the company at events, trade shows, and sector-specific conferences.
- Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics like lead gen, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborating with product and customer success to communicate value and drive adoption.
What they’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role — ideally within a SaaS company.
- Strong track record in demand generation and campaign management.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales and product teams.
- Confident content creator with excellent written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Ads, or similar.
- Comfortable owning projects from strategy through to execution and reporting.
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience in or exposure to the agriculture, food supply chain, or agri-tech space.
- Familiarity with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder buying decisions.
- Experience running or contributing to industry events and partner marketing initiatives.
- Design or visual content skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Figma) would be a bonus.
