MPA are partnering with an elite Canadian tech firm expanding into Belfast to hire a Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise‑grade cloud and API solutions across mission‑critical systems.

This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role suited to a hands‑on architect who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and client stakeholders — shaping architecture strategy while remaining close to technical delivery.

This is not a purely strategic or advisory position. You’ll be actively involved in solution design, technical validation, and guiding engineering teams through execution.

• Design scalable end‑to‑end architectures across cloud, API, and enterprise systems
• Translate business and product requirements into secure, high‑performance solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Develop POCs, architecture documentation, and solution proposals
• Support delivery teams during critical implementation phases
• Contribute to technical standards and mentor engineers

• 8+ years in Solution Architecture, Senior Software Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying complex enterprise systems
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong background in APIs, microservices, and systems integration
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and compliance standards
• Experience in fast‑paced, agile environments
• Client‑facing or consulting background
• Experience with in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF)
• Experience in high‑growth or scaling tech environments
