Enso Recruitment is working in partnership with one of NI’s fastest growing software teams to recruit for a Software Delivery Manager
. They have enjoyed a rapid rise towards the establishment of a global platform for their sustainability-tech that is firmly footed within the tech for good domain.

We are looking for a Software Delivery Manager with a solid background in leading engineering teams and a balance of experience across programme management, project management and product management to help plan the delivery of new product features.

If you want to take on a key role helping drive the next phase of growth for a globally scaling team, this could be the role for you.

This is a wide-ranging role that will incorporate an understanding of products, features, interactions, utilisation, configurations, customer deployments, services, architecture and road-map determinations.

You'll lead road-map planning and other delivery areas, including defining scope, resource needs, timelines, and milestones. You'll track progress, communicate plans, and report on status and risks. As a stakeholder to development teams, you'll support prioritisation, clarify features, and provide context on solutions, customers, and delivery performance.

• Collaborate with Heads of Delivery, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Engineering teams across the business
• Understand delivery structures, team capacity, and organisational setup
• Gain insight into product capabilities and services across multiple customers
• Support prioritisation of delivery plans with input from customers, engineering, and business teams
• Maintain awareness of customer deployments, including site and sensor coverage
• Identify delivery options based on feature requirements and available resources
• Coordinate with engineering leads and teams on project and product execution
• Align with product teams to track feature status - scope, quality, and readiness
• Ensure clear, timely communication across all stakeholders
• Support estimation of delivery timelines and associated costs
• Own and manage high-level delivery plans and track/report progress
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes
