We're looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join a growing AI Data team working on impactful, real-world machine learning solutions. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in Python and SQL, an interest in AI/ML frameworks, and a desire to contribute to innovative, data-driven decision-making.

You'll collaborate closely with data scientists and stakeholders across the business to explore data, build and optimise models, and develop insights that inform strategic outcomes. From wrangling raw datasets to experimenting with ML techniques, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning best practices in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

This is a hands-on role where you'll grow fast, contribute meaningfully to projects, and gain exposure to a wide range of tools, including cloud-based AI/ML platforms.

• Support development and optimisation of ML models through EDA, feature engineering, and testing

• Assist with data labelling, wrangling, validation, and governance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytical insights and AI-driven solutions

• Use Python, SQL, and cloud-based tools to support the full ML lifecycle

• Help maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

• Experience in Data Science, or a related field

• Solid skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modelling

• Familiarity with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, PyTorch or Tensor Flow

• Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data governance practices

• A strong analytical mindset, team spirit, and eagerness to learn from senior peers
