Due to the secure nature of the programme, you must hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. Our teams operate within a flexible hybrid working model, but on‑site availability varies by project. Travelling to meet client needs is essential.

In this role, you will lead advisory engagements that enable data‑driven business transformation, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to align strategy, architecture, and delivery. You will own the definition of modern, secure, and scalable data solutions that drive revenue growth, reduce operational risk, and enhance decision‑making. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and consulting teams, you will shape new data and analytics offerings while ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals.

You will operate across diverse programmes, bringing clarity to complexity and defining target operating models that embed strong governance, innovation, and long‑term value. With support from a collaborative practice, you will be empowered to influence strategy, validate complex designs, and set the standard for excellence in data architecture.

• Lead and advise on data‑enabled business change across complex client environments
• Design and deliver modern data architectures spanning cloud, AI, and analytics platforms
• Align and govern data strategies to organisational goals, risk frameworks, and compliance standards
• Validate and assure complex, high‑integrity and business‑critical solutions
• Define and implement target operating models for data organisations
• Shape and grow innovative data analytics offerings within the practice
• Manage and mitigate risk across technical reviews and large‑scale data engagements

To succeed, you will bring strong experience designing and leading data architecture strategies across multi‑cloud environments, with a clear understanding of governance, risk, and security in data management. You will combine technical depth with commercial awareness, confidently translating complex architecture into business value. Experience with AI‑enabled solutions and modern data platforms will be key, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across diverse programmes.

• Demonstrable experience across multiple cloud platforms, especially multi‑cloud environments
• Strong proficiency in modern data architecture, including data modelling, warehouses, and lake houses (e.g. delta tables and change management)
• Proven experience designing solutions using AI technologies such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or Claude
• Experience with low‑code platforms and document management systems such as Power Platform and Share Point
