Content Marketing Associate

Founded in 2015, Screen Cloud is a cloud‑based SaaS company serving 10,000+ customers worldwide.

This is not a traditional content marketing role. You’ll be the architect of Screen Cloud’s content function: building agent‑assisted workflows, directing AI systems, and producing the output that would normally require a larger team. You’ll own the content programme across the full funnel – from SEO‑driven organic acquisition to sales enablement and thought leadership.

• Own the editorial content programme – blog, long‑form guides, case studies, newsletters, landing page copy, and sales enablement assets
• Build and execute an SEO strategy that improves organic visibility for Screen Cloud’s target keywords and buyer personas
• Develop and implement a GEO approach – structuring content for AI‑powered search tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI overviews
• Design and maintain AI‑agent workflows for content production, repurposing, and distribution – building systems that run at scale without manual intervention per piece
• Own the content operations stack: tools, prompts, automations, and quality controls
• Define briefing standards and editorial governance for AI‑assisted output – acting as editor‑in‑chief across human and AI‑generated content to maintain brand voice at scale
• Commission, brief, and edit content from freelance contributors and subject‑matter experts
• Build a content repurposing system: one asset, multiple formats, multiple channels
• Track content performance against funnel metrics – organic traffic, engagement, and content‑influenced pipeline

• Exceptional writer – clear, credible, and capable of adapting voice and format to context
• 3+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Excellent working knowledge of SEO – keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content architecture, and link strategy
• Think in workflows and systems: first question is “how do I build this so it runs without me?”
• Experience building or using AI agent pipelines (n8n, Make, Lang Chain, Claude tools, or similar) – not just AI writing assistants
• Comfortable being the human in a content function: know how to staff around yourself with tools, not people
• Understand GEO – or ready to become the team’s expert in it
• Data‑driven: track what works, cut what doesn’t, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Can manage multiple work streams simultaneously without losing quality or missing deadlines

• Experience with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope or similar)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows
• Background in workplace technology, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience producing content for HR/Internal Comms and IT/Ops buyer audiences
