Your role in the team The Product Engineer Lead Consultant on the CICD Team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of software delivery s position leads the design and development of innovative self-service tools and automated processes that enable developers to efficiently and securely navigate the software development lifecycle. As a champion of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Dev Ops principles, you will drive agile software delivery practices across a wide range of technology stacks.
In this senior role, you will guide the selection, engineering, implementation, and support of enterprise CI/CD tools, including Cloud Bees Jenkins, Git Hub, Artifactory, Sonar Qube, and Octopus Deploy, as well as development environments such as Intelli
J and Visual Studio Code. Acting as a subject matter expert and internal advocate, you will consult with development teams, influence best practices, and promote the adoption of modern software delivery methodologies across the organization. Define and enforce standards for build artifact management, including automated builds and security/performance reporting. Lead onboarding efforts for development teams onto CI/CD tool stacks, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
Monitor and resolve issues across deployment layers (hardware, OS, network, application). Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for CI/CD and Dev Ops practices across the organization. Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve developer experience and delivery pipelines. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities. Essential
