BI. What you can expect Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You'll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week.

However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site. A degree, Masters or PhD from a leading university in data science, mathematics, operational research, physics, or statistics

Experience of conducting analysis for evidence-based decision making, designing and developing models and conducting analysis to support data-centric decision making Experience working with clients to translate business needs into analytical approaches and solutions, and with strong ability to communicate approaches, and findings to technical and non-technical audience

Experience of working across the full analytics and modelling lifecycle - problem formulation, exploratory data analysis, model design, build, testing and handover Experience working with common tools like python, SQL, Excel and data visualisation solutions for modelling and analysis.

Experience of leading and delivering solutions that involved one or more of the following specialisms: advanced analytics and data science, algorithm design and development, developing operational research models, data engineering, big data and Cloud platforms, data visualisation or dashboard development. A genuine affinity for problem solving - an inquisitive mind who wants to solve the trickiest challenges whilst working with incredible colleagues Familiarity in the follow will also be advantageous:
