You'll play a vital role in supporting our suite of core products, trusted by some of the biggest names in the financial services industry.

• 3+ years of experience in customer support within financial services
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• Passion for technology with the ability and drive to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Solid understanding of support processes and adaptability to changing circumstances
• Strong expertise in Unix/Linux environments
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
• A logical, analytical mindset and excellent problem‑solving skills

• Networking fundamentals
• Deployment management tools and practices
• Scripting languages and automation frameworks
• Experience in FX, Fixed Income (FI), and Crypto Markets

Hybrid working environment: ideally 1–2 days in the Belfast office per week.
